ARTISTIC DESIGN designations at BELLA BELLA include the Artistic Director, Advanced Designer, and Associate Designer. We guarantee the services provided at all designer levels and invite you to consult with the Artistic Director at anytime.
 
SWITCH POLICY at BELLA BELLA is easy. Compatibility between customer and designer is an intricate part of our salon/customer relationship and each member of our staff is aware that customer satisfaction is a priority at BELLA BELLA. If, for any reason, you should desire to change designers, please feel free to do so. If your regular designer is on vacation or not available, we will be happy to recommend another of the same level to serve you.
 

GIFT CERTIFICATES are available for all salon services and products both individually and in combination. A gift of beauty is the ultimate way to say you care.
 

STAFF TRAINING at BELLA BELLA is an art. Providing the attention to artistic detail that you have come to expect from BELLA BELLA is the result of both National and International educational exposure to products, trends, and techniques, within the hair care arena. This level of expertise is our assurance to even the most discerning customer that the services provided at BELLA BELLA are unequalled in our area.
 

REFERRAL PROGRAM: refer a friend to BELLA BELLA and you both receive $10 in credit. Which can be used toward any service or retail purchase.
 

SMOCKS are an optional protective measure provided for all customers. We recommend removal of top/outer garments as well as jewelry and the donning of a smock during salon visits. This allows the designer to perform with maximum artistic freedom without having to battle clothing or jewelry. It also protects clothing and skin from scissors, chemicals, and wet or cut hair.
 
CANCELLATION of time reserved especially for you at BELLA BELLA is sometimes unforeseen and necessary. We understand, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at a more comfortable and convenient time. Please try to give us 24 hours notice so that this same time might be reserved for another special customer.
